To our valued customers;
Keith Minor Sr. and I would like to share some
changes that will come into effect for 2012.
We have serviced and supplied parts for most brands
of gutter machines for over forty years. During this
time, we have experienced manufacturers electing to
no longer manufacture gutter machines and/or no
longer being in business today.
As of January 1, 2012, KWM will no longer adjust,
service or stock parts for any machinery that was
not manufactured by KWM; this will include technical
phone support, service at our facility, and service
at our distributors' locations, commonly known as
"Adjustment Days." KWM Service Technicians will only
adjust and/or service machines that were
manufactured by KWM Gutterman, Inc.
There are many factors that have contributed to this
decision. There are liabilities that come with
servicing equipment that has not been manufactured
by KWM; often times, the equipment is electrically
and mechanically out of date and/or unsafe to
operate. Likewise, there is an overwhelming demand
to service and supply the parts for these machines
and machines that were not manufactured
domestically.
